GETTING TO ASPEN

For our guests traveling in from afar, the Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is the closest and most convenient option to downtown Aspen. For those who prefer additional flight options, Eagle Vail Airport (EGE) is about 1.5 hours away, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is an approximately 4-hour scenic drive through the mountains.

Aspen has its own airport (ASE), which is a short 10-minute taxi ride from town.

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

220 miles from Aspen

Denver Airport is a 3.5-hour drive or 5-hour shuttle to and from Aspen. If you are flying into Denver and choose to drive, the best summer route is through Leadville and the very scenic Independence Pass, which is only open during the summer months.

VAIL-EAGLE AIRPORT

70 miles from Aspen

Vail-Eagle Airport is a 1.5-hour drive from Aspen. You can also take a shuttle from Vail-Eagle to Aspen through Colorado Mountain Express (CME) or Home James.

7Transportation will be provided on the wedding day from downtown Aspen to the ceremony and reception venue. We’ll share detailed pickup times and locations closer to the wedding date.

To and Around Aspen 

If flying into Aspen, the majority of the hotels will provide airport pickups. High Mountain Taxi (970.925.TAXI) is also great for any transportation needs. There are very limited Ubers available in Aspen.

If you are flying into Vail or Denver we recommend renting a car through Budget, Avis, or Enterprise or using a transportation service such as Charm Chauffeurs, Colorado Mountain Express, and Aspen Limo Services.
