OUR ASPEN

EAT, APRÈS, EXPLORE

Outside of our wedding events, we hope you take time to enjoy all that Aspen has to offer. From hiking and biking to shopping and fine dining, this charming mountain town has something for everyone to discover and enjoy. Here are a few of our favorite things in Aspen!

Restaurants:

Breakfast:

Paradise Bakery & Cafe | 320 S Galena St. | 970.925.7585

The best local bakery. Our favorite is the lemon poppy muffin; it was the first thing we ate after getting engaged. You can’t go wrong with anything, from croissants to chocolate chip cookies to gelato. Jamie has a special love of the crunchy ice in their iced coffee.

Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar | 520 E Hyman Ave. | 970.742.2525

A staple for us both in Aspen and New York City. Stop in for a cappuccino, and don’t forget to try the flourless chocolate cookie. We love sitting outside and taking in the fresh mountain air when Joshua needs a sweet treat, and Jamie needs an afternoon coffee run.

Felix Roasting Co. | 103 S Mill St.

Another New York City and Aspen staple. This one is particularly special, as it’s attached to the Hotel Jerome, so be sure to take in the beautiful lobby while you’re there.

JUS Aspen | 501 E Hyman Ave. | 970.710.7063

If you need a green juice, ginger shot, or just a wellness reset, this is our favorite place to refuel.

Poppycock's | 665 E Cooper Ave. | 970.925.1245

A true local gem. The perfect cozy spot to stop in for breakfast.

Dinner Fine Dining:

Bosq | 403 S Galena St. | 970.920.7277

Aspen’s first Michelin-starred restaurant, and a place that holds special meaning for Joshua. He worked here as a line cook, training in the kitchen before it earned its star.

Cache Cache | 205 S Mill St. | 970.925.3835

A great place to grab a drink at the bar and run into Aspen locals. Be sure to try the daily local fruit crisp for dessert.

Our favorite restaurant. We love stopping in for sushi, and no Aspen trip is complete without it.
